Kitchen Hack: Tea Infuser

Many times a recipe for sauce can call for a flavoring agent such as bay leaf that then needs to be removed.  You can add flavor to a broth or soup with ingredients such as herbs, spicy peppers, crushed garlic cloves, whole spices.  However, once you have finished cooking, you may find yourself fishing for certain ingredients to avoid having a guest find them in their dish.

Hack #6: Infusion of flavor

Bundle up flavorful ingredients such as peppercorns, allspice, thyme sprigs and more by sealing them in a tea infuser that will allow you to steep the flavor and remove the ingredient completely hassle free!

Smooth and flavorful dishes!
