Kitchen Hack: Rising Above
It’s time to cook like a TV chef! While some of the things in cooking shows should be labeled “do not try this at home” or “not as seen on TV”, there are a few things all kitchen users can learn from the small screen. Not all of it is just for show!
Hack #25: Rising Above
Seasoning a dish from a height of at least 6 inches ensures a more uniform layer of whichever condiment you are using. This technique will distribute the seasoning evenly over the ingredient and also creates a better visual understanding of how seasoned the dish is. If you want a dish that is perfectly seasoned every time, rise above it!
Sprinkle from high above to get the perfect seasoning every time!
