Saturday Sips: Signora Pink

Signora Pink

1.5 oz Bordiga Gin Rosa
1 (1 oz) egg white
.25 oz pomegranate molasses

Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with cracked ice.  Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.  Strain into a coupe cocktail glass and serve.

Yields 1 cocktail
