Saturday Sips: Fuzzy


2.75 oz Enchanted Rock Peach Vodka
½ peach, grilled
1½ teaspoon brown sugar
3 jalapeno slices
Peach wedge, for garnish
Jalapeno, for garnish

Rub the cut side of a jalapeno along the rim of a glass.  Muddle the grilled peach, brown sugar and jalapeno slices in a cocktail shaker.  Pour in the vodka and fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice.  Shake for 20 seconds.  Strain the cocktail into the glass and garnish.

Yields 1 cocktail
